Rewards & Benefits
Rewards are important. Let's not pretend otherwise. But it's not the be-all and end-all. Paradoxically, perhaps, we find that those employees most motivated by money don’t end up earning as much as those who have other interests.
It makes perfect sense. If you care about your work, if it continues to fascinate you, then you're going to get better at it. The better you become, the higher you rise. The more your career develops, the more your earnings increase. Simple.
You will work hard - that much you will probably know already. But you will be rewarded for it and those rewards are likely to be substantial. Even when you join, your earnings will be at the upper end of the salary range for new graduates. Then there are the other benefits to consider as well, from corporate discount schemes to private healthcare.
But it shouldn't just be about the money. We also have in place systems to make life easier when you're putting a lot into your work. We understand that your needs and priorities will change through the different stages of your professional and personal life. We try to accommodate flexible work arrangements, from home-working to part-time contracts. It's all part of a practical commitment to looking after the people who look after our business.
In the words of our CEO, Jamie Dimon, taken from 'Our Business Principles' May 31, 2007.
'A great company provides people with competitive compensation, the opportunity to benefit as the company grows and a rewarding career path. Done right, incentive plans create a proper balance of individual and collective accountability'.
Put together, our salary and benefits packages are designed to attract, motivate and recognize the work you do and the effort you put in. We think you're worth it. |
