The very fact that you're studying towards an MBA means that you're already in an enviable position when it comes to choosing your career. You already have the intelligence, maturity and, very likely, many of the theoretical skills that we look for. And there's a very good chance that, whether through friends or your academic studies, you know a fair bit about your choice field of banking.

So we know that you're bright. But you'll also need to convince us of your other skills - your ability to build relationships with clients and senior management, your potential for leadership and your confidence. What is certain, though, is that with the skills you already have, you should be able to thrive at perhaps the world's greatest investment bank. As an MBA, you'll enjoy an accelerated career trajectory and start as an associate. After that, you can go as far as you want.

The Recruitment Process

Of course, recruitment is a two-way process. You need to decide whether we're right for you. So if you are interested, please read about our recruitment process in our FAQ site and check our online campus schedule to see when we plan to visit your school. Our bankers and recruiters normally visit campuses in the fall to give presentations and to answer questions.

Our campus events are well worth going to. They’re your chance to talk to the people who work here, get a taste of our culture and discuss your own ambitions. You'll also discover in more depth the background, skills and aptitudes each business area requires. Strong quantitative skills are essential (you should have those already), however, we interview all students who show a real interest, whatever their background.
