Today, our Asian Pacific 'footprint' extends to the northern tips of China and Japan and as far south as the shores of Melbourne. We have 24 offices in 14 Asian countries that employ around 7,000 staff. What about training? Don’t stop learning until you're ready

We believe in life-long learning and a global commitment to training. It doesn’t stop after a couple of years, but continues so that you’re ready for the many uncertainties and opportunities you’ll face over the course of your career, wherever you may be.

Our education programs are the best of all worlds. We mix the theoretical with the practical and make learning accessible and business-focused. On the one hand, some of the world’s leading professors from the world of academia give us the benefit of their knowledge; on the other, over 500 of our own most senior managers are involved in our training programs and many leave their desks for 6 to 8 weeks a year to impart priceless practical experience. We’ll never be complacent about our training either. Our analysts and associates who have been through the program are routinely asked what they thought and how it can be improved for future colleagues.

Wherever your career takes you, you’ll learn a wide range of new skills. Technical ability, though, will only take you so far. By the time you get to VP level, it’s the ability to build relationships that matters most. So we’ll make sure you have those skills well before you become a Vice President.
