The daily work experience will depend, in large part, on the specific function you are performing. For example, Product Managers deal with the issues of product development, pricing and promotion, and need to keep pace with competitor offerings and the demands of a diverse client base. Operations Managers are focused on operations cost efficiency, service quality and risk controls. Sales work closely with clients to understand their issues as treasury managers, investors or issuers in a wide variety of client segments; act as advisors to clients on how best to apply our broad range of services; and work with Product Management and Operations colleagues to deliver the right solution for the client.
