With enormous deals occurring on a daily basis we won’t kid you; this is a highly pressurized business area which is certainly not for the faint hearted.

A lot of hard work and a lot of fun

You will take part in formal shadowing rotations through different desks to learn about various markets and products while working alongside sales people and traders to gain greater exposure and insight into the opportunities available within Sales & Trading. You will work and socialize with J.P. Morgan colleagues, create your own professional network and have the learning experience of a lifetime.

Each desk has different roles and responsibilities, but during this internship, you will receive top-notch training and may be exposed to some of the same assignments as the full time.

Can you do this?

We're interested in academic performance as we're looking for intelligent people, but we're also keen to stress that we are not limited to this. It doesn’t matter what your major is, as long as you have the entrepreneurial spirit, and self-confidence to impress and influence colleagues and clients alike.

You will need relentless energy, intellectual curiosity, a real flair for relationship-building, sharp analytical skills and a strong academic record. You'll need confidence, resilience, energy and perhaps most importantly, a genuine belief in your own abilities. We are also looking for people who are dynamic and decisive.

As an Asia Pacific operation, we value language skills very highly. It is important to have a good command of English, preferably supported by competence in a language of the region.
